New Construction

We LOVE land selection and land planning. The biggest reward is what you learn if you are new to this, and how we educate you from parcel selection through the zoning/planning process (if needed) and onto your permit. But it doesn’t stop there! Layout layout layout – close your eyes and imagine the BEST flow through your home. Explain where things should be, and then we put pen to paper to begin house plans and eventually finish selections and oh yeah, the construction!

Do you require a special permit?

We dig into that as the first priority of any new build. We are not interested in selling something that CAN’T be done, so we check off the boxes of any potential show stopper that Zoning might present (from wetland setbacks to vertical limits and lot dimension conformance to name a few). Once we accomplish that task and provide you with what can be done, we dig into planning, budgeting and detailing of the drawings and scope of work.
